    Description

    Reporting to our Regional Infrastructure Manager, the IT Operation Manager will be involved in all aspects of our IT Operations. The individual will be the main point of contact and maintain the relationship between our internal and external operations team. The individual will also lead projects and will be responsible for important IT Operations tasks like inventory, equipment procurement, KPI reports and telecom cost management.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
    • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with end-users, internal teams, and external vendors
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
    • Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support
    • Procurement of internet circuits, being aware of and managing the telecom costs
    • Serves as liaison between Internal and External IT service desk teams
    • Identify, diagnose, and resolve Tier I technical problems related to personal computer hardware, software applications, and mobile devices at assigned site(s)
    • Deliver, setup, and configure end-user desktop & laptop computer hardware, software, Printers, Smart Phones, iPads, tablets, and peripherals
    • Maintain Standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve
    • Manage inventory of IT hardware and software assets
    • Coordinate timely installation, removal and repair of IT equipment for stores with third-party vendors
    • Use Service Desk software to manage and prioritize assigned workload and update the problem tickets with detailed resolution
    • Conduct end user technical training as needed
    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
    • Successfully provide level 1 and 2 support for the end-users
    • Maintaining a proactive approach to improving process and procedures with the goal to constantly improve the level of service for our end-user
    • Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
    • Collaborate with external service desk team to review reports, kpi and identifying resolutions in order to prevent or quickly fix future issue
    • Maintain inventory of equipment and telecom costs
    REQUIREMENTS:
    EDUCATION
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or have equivalent work experience
    EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum 5 year of IT experience with IT administration and support experience with windows administration and
    • Candidate should have knowledge about
    SKILLS
    • Developing and implementing policies and procedure
    • ddressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction
    • Diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
    • Travel may be required at different times throughout the year
