Description
Spherion Staffing is hiring a Director of Administration for a native-led nonprofit. This opportunity is a new position due to organizational growth.The Director of Administration will build management and administrative competencies to support expanded program and fundraising capacity across the organization and assist in carrying out the goals of our strategic plan.
They will ensure efficient workflow within departments, manage HR functions, such as hiring and training new employees, and act as a liaison between employees and upper management when it comes to financial and administrative issues.
In addition, they will be responsible for delegating tasks to team members, evaluating their performance, and ensuring they have adequate resources and supplies to perform their duties well.
You will also liaise and negotiate with vendors and partners and implement and improve the organization's policies and procedures.Salary $75-85K/year DOE +8 paid holidays, plus 15 days off per year that can be carried over for a maximum of 30 days from year to year
