    Founded in 1940, AT&F is a major producer of components for construction cranes, mining equipment, defense projects, structural sections for shipbuilding, power industry related components, and specialty stainless steel fabrications.

    AT&F is comprised of specialized Business Units (BUs): Heavy Fabricating, Precision Processing, AT&F Advanced Metals, and AT&F Wisconsin. Our multiple facilities have over 600,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 200 Team Members.

    The Goals and Challenges of this Role:

    Implement, maintain and improve the quality management system and procedures in accordance with the applicable standards, procedures and customer specifications, especially the ISO 9001:2015 standard
    Liaison with ISO Auditor including customer auditors, scheduling, participating and following up on actions as related to audit results.

    Collect and perform data analysis as required for annual management review of AT&F's QMS, including follow up on action items.

    Provide technical support for the production team as it applies to AT&F's Quality Management System
    Collecting and analyzing data to drive process improvements.
    Work with Program Managers and production to determine and implement critical-to-process inspection points throughout processing.
    Manage the overall calibration system for all AT&F gauges.
    Lead Auditor duties.

    Perform Internal audits of the QMS as required by the ISO standard include Issuing nonconformance reports and providing details for disposition of nonconformances.

    Handling corrective action requests including determination of root cause, implementation of corrective actions, and performance of follow-up activities
    Review performance of audits to quality management system requirements for identification of deficiencies and improvements
    Process receiving inspections and validate material test reports to required specifications.
    Train new quality team members on the requirements of AT&F's quality management system
    Overseeing the vendor management program.
    Other duties assigned as the business needs change.

    What You Should Bring to this Role:3-5 years manufacturing, quality (especially ISO 9001:2015), or process improvement experience
    Prefer BS degree in areas related to manufacturing, industrial engineering, and engineering technology
    Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change throughout the organization.
    Proficiency with MS Office tools
    Detail oriented, fast paced, and self-directed
    Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
    Hands-on involvement in operations
    Strong communication skills
