    Description

    Cleveland-Cliffs , Cleveland Works has an immediate opening for a n Engineer in the Quality Division.?The following primary position responsibilities and key position requirements are intended to provide an overview of the position but are not all-inclusive.? Cleveland Works produces hot roll steel as well as cold reduced galvanized and galvannealed coated products for automotive, appliance and other markets.?

    Summary of Responsibilities:

    + Entering steel routings into plant manufacturing systems

    + Quality Management Support including but not limited to SOPs, Corrective Actions and Measurement Devices

    + Cross functional team participation within the Cleveland plant

    + Customer support for slab customers

    + Working with other quality groups with Cleveland-Cliffs.

    + Data analysis for product capability

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering , Metallurgical Engineering or Material Science

    + Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

    + Strong problem solving and leadership abilities

    + Solid computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

    + 2 years experience in Manufacturing Environment

    + Good typing skills

    Preferred Qualifications:?

    + Bachelors Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Material Science

    + 5 years related experience ?

    + Quality Management Systems experience

    + Experience working in a unionized environment
