    Quality Engineer - Closed Die Forging (TS16949 & IATF16949 Required)

    About the Company:
    Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality closed die forgings for various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and energy.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement quality control procedures for all aspects of the closed die forging process,from initial setup to final inspection.

    Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications,including TS16949 and IATF16949 requirements.

    Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in quality,efficiency,and yield.

    Collaborate with engineers and production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address quality issues.

    Maintain and update quality control documentation,including inspection reports,non-conformance reports,and corrective action plans.

    Train and mentor production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest quality standards and regulations applicable to the closed die forging industry.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Quality Assurance,or a related field.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment,preferably in closed die forging.

    Proven experience with TS16949 and IATF16949 quality management systems is essential.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

    Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques,including SPC and FMEA.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
