- Assist trainers with curriculum development

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Education Manager Helps direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Education Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training new employees. Assist Director in planning, assigning and directing work. Assist with appraising performance, disciplining and rewarding employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Provide training classes, as required/needed, for assigned operational/financial areas as well as new initiatives.
