- Manage preventative maintenance scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
- Assist during the initial training and evaluation of personnel (mechanics).
- Obtain initial vehicle information and check the vehicle into the workshop and system. Create a work order for needed repairs.
- Give a complete and accurate written cost estimate for parts and labor.
- Work with Technicians on vehicle status and communicate a timeline for repairs to customers.
- Assure effective communication with customers, foreman and technicians.
- Perform inventory, order parts needed for the branch and reconcile cash receipts.
- Plan and prepare work schedules and assign associates to specific duties.
- Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by Branch Manager.
- Shop, office, yards, and vehicle environments, may require lifting of 50 to 75 lbs.

Mendon Truck Leasing and Rental, a branch of PETIT FORESTIER GROUP, a full-service leasing and rental company, is searching for a full-time Service Advisor to be responsible for supporting the Service and Branch Manager in performing inventory, parts ordering and restocking, repair orders and customer service.
