As a Service Advisor at Jerry & Son Auto Service, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers seeking automotive services.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for each customer. You will work closely with our service technicians, providing accurate information and recommendations regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and listen to their vehiclerelated concerns and requests.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document customer concerns.
  • Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services.
  • Generate accurate estimates for labor and parts costs.
  • Coordinate with the service department to schedule repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any necessary updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure all service records and documentation are accurately maintained.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Sales experience necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for service scheduling and documentation.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in _Spanish _is a huge plus.
