Key Cars Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor/Writer.

As a part of the Key Cars Auto Group Family, you'll have the opportunity to work with a renowned automotive brand and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service experiences to our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Writeup repair orders
  • Suggest regularly scheduled maintenance
  • Dispatch work to a designated team of technicians
  • Communicate results of the multipoint inspection to customers
  • Obtain necessary customer/warranty work approvals
  • Create estimates and share with customers
  • Recommend and sell additional services
  • Follow up individually with customers postservice
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a serviceoriented role within the automotive industry is
    _required_:
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Sound knowledge of service department operations, including maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
