Description

Key Cars Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor/Writer.

As a part of the Key Cars Auto Group Family, you'll have the opportunity to work with a renowned automotive brand and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service experiences to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments with customers
Writeup repair orders
Suggest regularly scheduled maintenance
Dispatch work to a designated team of technicians
Communicate results of the multipoint inspection to customers
Obtain necessary customer/warranty work approvals
Create estimates and share with customers
Recommend and sell additional services
Follow up individually with customers postservice
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a serviceoriented role within the automotive industry is

Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Detailoriented and highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Sound knowledge of service department operations, including maintenance and repair procedures.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
