    ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY NEEDED

    Do you want to help people take the "big and bad" out of their divorce? Do you want to help people make an easy family law matter a "Shore" thing? Then join our Wolf & Shore Law Group team

    If you are an attorney with experience or interest in family law and juvenile law and looking to make a change, we invite you to reach out to us. We are seeking professionals with 2-5 years experience. Attorney positions are remote with the exception of court appearances and/or client meetings and depositions, as necessary. We are known for helping our clients with difficult family law and juvenile matters. The clients we work with are going through an extremely emotional process and we want to help them navigate their unchartered territory and come out feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast, and we need an Associate Attorney who can hit the ground running.

    Be Critically Correct. Think critically but don't BE a critic. Have an open mind. It is our job to analyze our clients' matters and concerns. However, we also listen with an open and empathetic mind so that we can zealously advocate for our clients while also counseling them through this difficult time in their lives.

    Good Vibes Only. Be positive even when things seem negative. This one speaks for itself. Our job is hard. Our clients are going through a hard time. We need to shed some light on an often otherwise "dark" situation.

    Family First. Your home family and your work family should always be your priorities. Nothing else should ever get in the way of that.

    Required Soft Skills

    Benefit Details

    · Base salary commensurate with experience plys an uncapped bonus structure based on performance

    · Flexible vacation/personal time

    · 12 sick days with the option to bank unused days for short-term disability

    · IRA matching up to 3%

    · 11 paid holidays

    · Bereavement time as necessary

    This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload. Do not apply if you are not a self-starter or cannot commit to a full-time position.

    Prepare a cover letter with no more than TWO paragraphs and a closing sentence. In the first paragraph explain what you believe are the 3 most important qualities needed in someone who works with family law and juvenile law clients and why you believe they are the most important qualities. In the second paragraph, explain why you applied to this particular ad.
