    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    • Attend court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
    • Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the Connecticut State Bar.
    • 2+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on insurance defense.
    • Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience.
