Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney in the field of Civil Litigation (insurance defense) at Solimene & Secondo, LLP. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling civil litigation and insurance defense matters, including providing legal advice, conducting depositions and research, attending court conferences, negotiating settlements, reviewing medical records and discovery and representing clients in court. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being in Meriden, CT, but flexibility for remote work is available.
