    Job Description

    We are looking for a Quality Assurance Support Analyst tojoin our growing team. In this role, you will perform weekend functional testing of Traffic Systems for one of our existing customers. You will test end-user facing software upgrades/updates and bug fixes. There will be growth opportunities and ability to be part of our wonderful Subject Matter Experts team who support our customers.

    This is a part-time, remote position (in the U.S.) and will be a W-2 hourly 6-9-month contract with possible extension.

    The hourly rate is $25/hr. - $32/hr. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform detailed testing of upgrades and updates of specific features or bug fixes prior to releasing the software to end users.
    • Follow existing functional test scripts and log results.
    • If issues are found during testing, escalate these and make recommendations on whether to deploy the software to customer and internal management.
    • After testing, complete compliance and test reports within the timeline defined in coordination with the customer.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information technology or equivalent experience.
    • Must be willing to work weekends during system downtime (late evenings or early mornings (typically in 4-hour shifts) on a rotational basis.
    • Attention to detail and proven ability to quickly learn software are a must.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills including communicating in a timely and articulate manner via phone and email.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent required.
    • Ad Media Traffic system experience a plus, but not required.
