    Job Title: Manager of Marketing Operations (Production)

    Company: Bath & Body Works

    The Manager of Marketing Operations role is key in developing and producing props and signage that bring the brand story to life in our stores.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team effectively
    • Develop new props in collaboration with vendors
    • Work with the Creative team on in-store signage
    • Monitor project status to ensure timely completion
    • Track prop buys and allocations for reporting purposes
    • Forecast buys to support store replenishment
    • Enter purchase orders and liaise with partners
    • Build supplier pipeline for innovation
    • Identify trends and recommend solutions
    • Engage in creative development and improve production processes
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of project management experience
    • Retail experience is a plus
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, In Design, and FileMaker Pro
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
    • Travel and in-office work required
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
