    Description

    Xpodigital ) is a rapidly growing digital signage and convention internet company looking for a standout Event Technology Coordinator, with Customer Service and or Sales experience in the Hospitality Industry or equivalent High-volume, Fast-paced environment. Experience in providing technology services, a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business and/or experience in the event hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.

    Our primary business operations are based in Orlando, Florida, and eligible candidates must be currently residing in the metro Orlando area. This position is in person and requires you to be onsite.

    Here are a few activities you can expect to work on once you've gained competency in Xpodigital's suite of products and technology (we value quick studies):

    • Administrative duties to include keeping up to date records of event calendars and spreadsheets as new events are booked at all assigned properties
    • Assist with data entry within the sales CRM tool
    • Gain a complete understanding of Xpodigital products and technology and become proficient with services offered and associated pricing models
    • Coordinate all site visits, planning visits, internal meeting requests that come through that require complimentary services (internet or signage)
    • Assist with the input of exhibitor orders for events and represent Xpodigital at the exhibitor services desk area when applicable
    • Assist with forecasting budgets and formatting Excel spreadsheets that relate to forecasting on a weekly basis
    • Represent Xpodigital and attend hotel meetings such as planning visits, precon meetings, internal meeting if Account Managers or Executives are unable to attend
    • Coordinate client surveys on a monthly basis and track all responses
