    The Property Manager - Residential Portfolio is responsible for managing the community in a manner that is consistent with the goals set forth by the Board of Directors (BOD).

    The Property Manager - Residential Portfolio is responsible for all activity that involves or has a bearing on the property including finance, administration and maintenance.

    The Property Manager - Residential Portfolio is accountable to each of the BOD.
