    Job Description

    We are Community Staffing Resources, a temporary staffing agency based out of Concord, CA. If you're interested, complete your official application online to move forward with the interview process.

    Hours/Schedule: 9-5pm – Mon-Fri

    Position Title: ARM

    Duration of Assignment: Minimum of 2 months

    Special Skills Needed: Preferred experience in affordable housing, familiarity with Yardi, handling invoices, rent collections, recertifications, move-ins, and more.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational abilities
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Able to handle multiple tasks effectively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent interpersonal communication
    • Familiarity with AMSI, YARDI, or Rent Roll
    • Bonus points for experience with Rent Control Properties
