Job description
We are a growing Construction/property management company looking for another motivated individual to add to our team. This opportunity requires an individual that is capable of balancing both leasing and office administrative responsibilities.
The Leasing associate's primary responsibility will be the performance of all activities related to:
- showing and leasing vacant apartments including completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
- doing background checks on prospective tenants,
- handling tenant move-outs
- lease renewals
- Assist with company's ongoing relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy.
You must be familiar with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
Flexible hours and will consider someone part time.
