    Job Title: Online Support Assistant

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Online Support Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing online assistance to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and providing general administrative support as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner

    Provide product and service information to customers

    Assist customers with technical issues

    Monitor online forums and social media for customer feedback and respond accordingly

    Perform general administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong attention to detail

    Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums

    Working Hours:

    3-5 hours daily

    Flexible working hours without affecting your daily work

    Salary:

    $150-$300 daily wage

    Age Requirement:

    20 years or older

    No experience is required as training will be provided.
