    Description

    JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of the investor relations program. Provide strategic insight, efficient planning, and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage logistics for quarterly conference calls.
    • Support earnings call process including developing the earnings release, earnings script, earnings slides, earnings book, Q&A materials, and other documents as needed.
    • Assist the Investor Relations senior management in executing the investor relations program, including strategy, planning, and communications.
    • Manage IR Website.
    • Manage NYSE notifications for disclosures and process for Press Releases.
    • Support annual report process and develop presentations and other documents for the Annual Shareholder Meeting.
    • Respond to inbound emails/calls from the investment community.
    • Review and correct earnings transcripts for Bloomberg and Thomson One.
    • Support creation of investor presentations for conferences and events.
    • Assist with IR support related to SEC filings, press releases, and other legal/corporate communications programs.
    • Assist with coordination and execution of Analyst Days/ Investor Days and other shareholder meetings.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and outside counsel on periodic SEC filings.
    • Develop and maintain robust understanding of business drivers and metrics.
    • Support various ad hoc financial analytics including comparative analyses vs. peer groups.
    • Prepare consensus summary and reporting including a summary of risks and opportunities in consensus.
    • Check for discrepancies in Thomson One, Bloomberg or Consensus Metrics and address with appropriate provider.
    • Review sell-side models and research reports and summarize for management.
    • Develop and share competitive earnings summaries for senior management.
    • Review, track and submit invoices for processing.
    • Conduct targeting and identify new prospective investors.
    • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

    FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or related discipline. Masters degree preferred.

    EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of finance, investor relations, equity research and/or communication experience. First-hand experience with Investor Relations preferred. Broad background at an investment bank or asset manager a plus.

    COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

    • Strong interpersonal skills, superior intellect, with ability to communicate a must.
    • Outstanding financial and analysis skills, oral and written communication and presentation skills, relationship-building skills in the investment community and the ability to collaborate with the executive team.
    • A clear understanding of the financial modeling techniques used by equity analysts to project a company's operating and financial performance and the resulting value for its stock.
    • A strong understanding of strategic communication and investor relations.
    • Strong knowledge and aptitude of Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg and/or Factset.
    • Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinking.
    • History of effective multi-tasking, expectation setting and escalation of issues where appropriate.
    • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
    • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
