    American Dental Companies, a leading dental services organization, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. You will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of our growing dental network. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    - Prepare financial statements in accurate and timely manner.

    Generate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts

    Prepare custom reports for owners.

    Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

    Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiencies.

    Coordinate with Controller on internal audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and industry standards.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    5+ years of experience in accounting and finance

    Experience handling multiple companies and intercompany transactions

    Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably dental or healthcare services, is highly desirable but not required.

    Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

    Detail-Oriented: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) to analyze and present financial information effectively.
