    Full time Construction / Facilities
    Description

    Description:

    Review finished products for quality defects.

    Perform all DON testing (mycotoxin testing)

    Appearance checks on products

    Sample preparation (grinding) to be prepped for additional

    testing such as ash, protein, moisture.

    Weekly scale calibration

    Environmental Monitoring Swabbing (EMP)

    Run ELISA testing methodology.

    Documentation of results & lab notes in excel.

    Working on additional small projects that are assigned.

    Skills:

    Quality assurance, Quality control, GMP, food science, food

    manufacturing, ELISA assays, pipetting, aseptic technique, inspection, food

    safety

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in food science, Culinary Food Science,

    Microbiology, Biology or another related field.

    Previous industry experience working in a quality or food

    science related position preferred.

    Experience Level:

    Entry Level
