- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across carious channels, including email, social media and paid advertising; understanding of Google Analytics and search engine optimization ? analyze data and be able to optimize campaigns and increase revenue, retention and decrease costs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in social media and ad spend.
- Maintain online presence for all three companies including social media posting, blogs and articles.
- Manage cycles of revisions, proofreading with vendors and ensures are complaint with standard procedures related to regulatory and legal approval.
- Maintain blogs on the company websites.
- Attend weekly collaboration meetings with the companies and leaders.
- Manage and execute marketing ads on Facebook and Google Ads.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Travel to events, trainings, etc to gather or film content for marketing materials.
- Experience in graphic design is a plus

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. The Social Media Marketing Specialist position is an in-person position located in Roseville, MN. This is NOT a remote position.The role will leverage the knowledge of social media platforms and their capabilities to create strategies and dynamic content that drives sales, cultivates engagement and ultimately converts to more business.
