    The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer reports to the Applications & Integrations Manager and is responsible for the design and deployment of network and infrastructure resources, maintaining environment performance and reliability, and collaborating with stakeholders to support Group14s future growth and scalability. They will work closely with the Applications & Integrations, Support Center, and Infosec teams to establish specifications, manage releases & changes, implement standardized procedures, ensure business continuity, and safeguard personal and corporate security & privacy.

    WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

    -In collaboration with leadership, designing and building Group14s:

    1. WAN & LAN environments, including Wi-Fi, SASE/VPN, etc.
    2. On-premises & cloud system virtualization.
    3. System management tooling, e.g., infrastructure-as-code, config automation.

    -Maintaining the technical roadmaps of core systems and environments.

    -In partnership with the Applications & Integrations, Infosec, and Support teams, managing infrastructure changes, releases, patches, updates, etc.

    -Building standardized operating procedures and documentation.

    -Providing tier 3 support to Applications & Integrations, Support Center teams.

    WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

    -Direct experience designing and deploying enterprise WAN & LAN environments including Wi-Fi, 802.1x, SASE/VPN, virtualization.

    -Know-how in deployment and performance optimization of on-premises and cloud environments.

    -Exposure to virtualization (e.g., VMware), HPFS, monolith vs microservice architectures

    -Working knowledge of NIST, ISO standards.

    -Expertise in disaster recovery & business continuity practices.

    OTHER QUALITIES WED LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:

    -Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks, Aruba Networks, Infoblox or BlueCat, Okta (Advanced Server Access).

    -Awareness of industrial/operational technology, handoff with information technology, and relevant hardening.

    -Experience with AWS, GCP, Terraform, Chef/Puppet, Nagios/Datadog.

    The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. All positions come with a company bonus and stock options. The actual base pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
