    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is expanding its team and looking for Sales Representatives with excellent customer service skills. The company, one of the leading supplemental benefits companies in the nation for over 65 years, is growing its territories and is in immediate need of dedicated Sales Representatives with ambitious goals.

    About the Sales Representative's Position:

    • As a Sales Representative, you will act as the crucial link between the company and the customer.
    • You will have the opportunity to advance to a management career track within 60-90 days.
    • A specialized training program, geared towards internal promotions, will empower you to take charge of a successful career trajectory right from the start.
    • We do not engage in cold-calling or client solicitation; instead, our public relations department collaborates with over 44,000 organizations throughout North America to offer them supplemental benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Basic understanding of computer operations
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, lively, and energetic demeanor with a positive attitude
    • Responsibility and openness to feedback
    • Effective time management skills
    • Ability to pass a standard background check
    • No prior experience is needed as we provide comprehensive training for success
    • Benefits available after 90 days of employment
    • Weekly compensation ($70,000 - $75,000 average in the 1st year) with bonuses and a Retirement Plan
