    Alliance is currently hiring for a full-time Business Sales Executive to assist in sales and take care of our clients in the Oklahoma City, OK area. This customer service position earns a competitive salary of $75,000/year, plus a generous commission-based structure.

    DAY-TO-DAY

    This full-time business development position typically works 8 AM to 5 PM. This position includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.

    As a Business Sales Executive, you oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying their needs, closing the sale, and ensuring the transition from the proposal process through successful onboarding and integration. You aggressively seek out new opportunities to identify and qualify leads. Once a lead has been found, you schedule an initial appointment to present our services to clients in person.

    After a sale is closed and the client has been transitioned to onboarding, you conduct follow-up to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience with our company. Your strong business mindset contributes to our company in a big way, and it brings you great fulfillment to know you thrive in this business development position

    REQUIREMENTS FOR A BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVE

    • 2+ years of proven sales experience
    • HCM sales experience
    • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
    • Strong business acumen
