    Job Summary

    We are looking for a dedicated Federal Grants Management Software Training Lead to ensure our users are proficient in utilizing our grants management software. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in federal grants management and software training, coupled with a drive for education and technology.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Training Program Development: Design comprehensive training programs tailored to federal grants management software, including instructional materials, presentations, and online content.
    • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions for federal agency staff, grant recipients, and internal employees, both in-person and virtually.
    • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and metrics, and implement necessary enhancements.
    • Subject Matter Expertise: Collaborate with client agency staff to develop in-depth knowledge of the grants management software.
    • Manage Training Personnel: Supervise additional training staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality training experience.
    • Develop and Update Training Materials: Create new training materials and revise existing ones to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
    • Review Changes: Scrutinize proposed changes to training materials for accuracy and relevance to the client's grants management system.
    • Create Training Calendar: Publish a quarterly training calendar to communicate upcoming sessions to stakeholders.
    • Ensure Website Accuracy: Collaborate with client contacts to keep the website updated with training information.
    • Participate in Client Meetings: Attend status meetings to provide updates and discuss feedback from training sessions.
    • Weekly Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly status reports on training initiatives and participation counts.
    • Task Management: Manage and update task lists to meet deadlines and contractual requirements.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal grants management and software training, instructional design, or related field.
    • Proficiency in grants management software and training tools, with knowledge of e-learning platforms and LMS.
    • Experience in developing and delivering training programs both in-person and online.
    • Expertise in federal grants management processes, regulations, and best practices.
    • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work in diverse teams.
    • Adaptability to changing technologies and methodologies in software training.

    Minimum Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

    Required Certifications:

    • No certifications required.

    Other:

    • Must be a US Citizen.
    • Must have Active Public Trust clearance or Ability to Obtain it.
    • Remote work with occasional on-site requirement.
