    Description

    Summary

    The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual responsible for managing the Security Education & Training (E&T) program in alignment with Company and USG directives. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Security in Arlington, TX, the candidate will oversee the development, management, and delivery of security E&T materials/events across all D&S locations. Collaboration with Security personnel, Program staff, and internal stakeholders is key to ensure compliance and integration. This position may also involve supporting investigations related to security incidents.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Establish a strong Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) Program.
    • Create and distribute security education and awareness training, organize security events, conduct self-inspections and audits, and handle security incident investigations.
    • Ensure personnel understand and adhere to proper Industrial Security procedures.
    • Administer training programs for classified and proprietary information handling.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and Security team members to identify training needs and ensure compliance.
    • Provide support to offsite locations for effective security program execution.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work in a team environment, and balance security requirements with business objectives.
    • Offer ad hoc support to the Sr. Director of Security as needed.
    • Provide security guidance on program operations and support other security disciplines as necessary.
    • Conduct internal self-inspections and assist with compliance inspections.
    • Communicate effectively with program personnel and management.
    • Receive and act upon constructive feedback to maintain a positive team environment.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Expertise in managing security regulations like 32 CFR Part 117 and DoDM V 1-4.
    • Active DoD Secret Clearance with Investigation within the last 6 years.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance and Special Program accesses.
    • Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
    • Willingness to work extended hours in a dynamic environment and travel occasionally.
    • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective information communication to leadership.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

    Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of JSIG, DoDM V 1-4, ICDs, and professional certifications.
    • Ability to reason, plan, direct, and evaluate situations effectively.
    • Display tact and self-discipline in interactions across all levels of stakeholders.
    • Experience in a Compartmented Program environment.

    Security Responsibilities

    Compliance with all company security policies and data protection procedures is mandatory. Responsible for proper handling of information and materials with confidentiality. Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Personal Security Clearance.

    Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, this role is open only to U.S. citizens.
