- Developing and implementing strategic plans to attract, retain and grow key Life Science Clients
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the new business and client engagement teams, developing client relationships and increasing market share and sales revenue.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at target firms.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the management consulting sector.
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor their services to meet the specific needs of management consulting clients.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote their services and build brand awareness.
- Monitor competitive activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide and present regular reports on business progress and challenges to the commercial head and executive management.
- Previous experience leading successful commercial teams within Life Science consulting, Medical communication, market research companies.
- Strong understanding of the Lifesciences market & stakeholders including key players and industry dynamics.
- Experience working with both Qualitative and Quantitative research solutions/projects
- Outstanding persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- A team player with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strength in problem-solving and issue resolution, an ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
