    Audit Partner- Life Science

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for life science clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Understand clients' business operations, industry challenges, and financial objectives.
    • Lead and oversee audit engagements for life science clients, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
    • Provide guidance to audit teams, reviewing workpapers, and ensuring the timely completion of audit procedures.
    • Identify and assess audit risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation to clients.
    • Actively participate in business development activities, including identifying new client opportunities and contributing to proposal development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in auditing, with a significant portion dedicated to life sciences clients.
    • CPA designation is required.
    • Business development skills and a track record of successfully growing client relationships.
