- Lead strategic legal counsel for life sciences companies, from startups to global corporations, offering comprehensive support across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address diverse legal needs, including clinical trial agreements, intellectual property protection, regulatory compliance, pricing and coding strategies, FDA interactions, and fraud and abuse mitigation.
- Facilitate transformative transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, co-promotion agreements, and financing to fuel business growth.
- Partner with our esteemed litigators and government investigation lawyers to safeguard clients' interests in product liability, commercial disputes, labour and employment matters, governmental claims, data privacy, and insurance recovery.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience in life sciences law, with a proven track record of delivering strategic counsel and innovative solutions to industry challenges.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing the life sciences sector, including FDA regulations, intellectual property laws, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the capacity to mentor junior attorneys, drive business development initiatives, and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in life sciences law.
