- Oversee A/R and A/P Functional Analysts
- Oversee Contract Burn Rates and Expenses
- Direct and manage the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and budget reports.
- Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
- Track profitability within individual lines of business and associated commission/bonus structure therein.
- Financial Reporting in Required Government Systems (GSA ASSIST) and others for current contractual spend and management of industrial funding fee (IFF).
- Experience or Strong Opinions on how to build a resilient consulting services back office
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Opinionated experience in either Costpoint or Unanet
- Passion for Technology Services Startups
- Experience in Managed Services and Government Contract A/R and Collections
- Affection for JIRA or other ticketing systems to track and delegate tasks.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance or Equivalent Experience Running Small
