Our Seattle branch is looking for a new Integrated Logistics Operations Manager to join our Integrated Logistics team.

    YOUR ROLE

    As our Integrated Logistics Operations Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the proper functioning of our Daily Operations at the customer site, managing and coordinating the roles of personnel, systems and operations.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Serve as our primary operational point of contact at the customer site as well as coordinate with our offsite Integrated Logistics personnel across Americas locations.
    • Address transportation, logistics system, import/export, and customer-related issues.
    • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, and training records for the customer and direct employees.
    • Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation and warehouse operations.
    • Ensure process adherence, logistics performance, and quality at the customer location.
    • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with optimal transportation modes, routes, equipment, and frequencies.
    • Actively participate in internal and external quality audits related to clients and employees
    • Attend all required customer meetings on-site.
    • Proactively plan and implement enhancements to internal and external logistics systems.
    • Present relevant operational metrics and project updates to both the customer and KN IL internally.
    • Execute business continuity plans when necessary.
    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
    • Bachelors University degree in International Business or related careers, particularly in Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade Specialization degree.
    • 3+ years managerial experience in logistics
    • 6+ years experience in different relevant client verticals, including aerospace, air, contract logistics, sea, and road
    • Strong understanding of the 4PL forwarding model
    • Operational Planning and Customer Service experience
    • Ability to engage in professional communication with clients and internal management resources
    • Spanish is beneficial
    • Open to relocation
