    About the Job:

    The Operations Manager role is a crucial leadership position that reports directly to the Director of Operations. This role is essential for achieving operational excellence, overseeing key areas such as staffing, training, professional development, inventory control, safety compliance, and systems efficiency, with a primary focus on providing exceptional customer service and support to Area Leaders.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead, motivate, coach, and support a team of Area Leaders.
    • Provide in-depth analysis of datasets to enhance operational processes and improve client experiences.
    • Develop and track budgetary guidelines, monitor financial performance, and manage spending.
    • Ensure staffing needs are met through strategic planning and collaboration with the recruiting team.
    • Drive compliance and safety standards while identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
    • Manage warehouse inventory, coordinate fleet operations, and oversee project completion.
    • Identify and groom potential future Area Leaders within the organization.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 5-7 years of leadership experience with a focus on budgeting and reporting.
    • Previous General Manager experience is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated success in implementing effective business practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Customer service orientation and basic knowledge of HR practices.
    • Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and motivate teams effectively.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work outdoors, and be on call as needed.
    • Valid driver's license and compliance with local driving regulations.
    • Capable of working on a computer while standing or sitting.
    • Willingness to adapt to changing weather conditions and occasional exposure to odors.


    Salary Range:
    $72,500 to $82,500 annually
