    Job Title: Operations Marketing Manager - GTM

    Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

    Duration: 12 Months

    "Creates comprehensive project plans; detailing project schedule, resource estimates, quality requirements and metrics, and organizational change management activities. Ensures completion of all steps required to obtain project funding and resource acquisition approval. Defines and documents project work breakdowns, monitors task status, updates work estimates and incorporates new tasks into plan as needed. Determines project governance and decision making structure. Establishes project roles and responsibilities and provides team members with clear direction."

    Required background? Skills?:

    • 5+Years experience
    • Strong project / program mgmt skills
    • Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables.
    • Identify risks and be proactive with mitigation strategies
    • Ability to drive and lead independently with confidence, and strong ability to collaborate.
    • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity.
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills
    • Experience in tool implementation.
    • Support change management strategies
    • Provide training and support for go-live?
    • Marketing Operations background
    • GTM process familiarity
    • Strength with continuous improvement
    • Operational and process focused.
    • Experience with Adobe Workfront preferred
