Description

Our client is a leading manufacturing company and they wish to hire a Finance Business Partner to drive strategy and growth.

Essential duties will include-

Financial ownership responsibility for division P&L.
Lead, manage and mentor staff in accounting, financial and administrative functions.
Ensures company results are prepared in accordance with US GAAP and communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
Communication of performance to senior management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet review and analysis with continuous assessment of proper accounting policy and procedures.
Responsible for the coordination and preparation, with department support, of the Annual Operating Plan as well as monthly forecasting.
Provide A/R support and cash flow projections while executing on the monthly cash collections goal to manage DSO.
Coordination of all interim and year-end external audit requirements.
Assist in preparation of supporting documentation for external auditors, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement preparation.
Update and maintain Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting Checklist.
Completion of the Monthly Operating Report with Discussion and Analysis reporting.
Key contributor in both internal and external reporting.

Job Requirements-

Bachelors' Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant discipline
7+years of experience in Finance or related functions
5+ years management experience
French Speaking
Manufacturing accounting experience required
Experience with M&A
Open to up to 30% travel
