About Brane Group (Brane):

Brane provides strategy and operational excellence consultancy for 21st Century Enterprises specializing in the creation of leading-edge digital agents & AI.

a. The intellectual property rests with Singapore-based 'Brane Consulting'. Its solution development and business development arms are based out of India and US.

b. Brane is a 2800 people Group.

c. It is slated to become a 5000 people company by December and a 10000 people company by June 2025 to meet the growing global demand for its solutions and services.

Intellectual Property:

Brane Group has created a 'revolutionary new paradigm' arising out of a most outstanding disruptive technology.

a. Simply put, Brane's Natural Solution Language (NSL) invention has found a way of talking to the computer - through text or voice - like one talks to a friend.

b. As a result, the programming-based solution development effort is completely eliminated. Solutions that would otherwise take hundreds of person-years of development time when dealt programmatically can now happen in no time.

c. A few weeks or months of effort is needed just to establish the existing information and solution landscape and integrations with customer solutions. Given the nature of NSL paradigm, there is negligible solution development effort associated with it.

d. Solutions thus developed are not just enterprise-grade but 'super enterprise grade', establishing their dramatic superiority in their features and functions.

e. NSL has arisen out of 2000 person-years of effort.

f. NSL is agnostic to specific natural languages in which solutions can be written without writing even a single line of code.

g. As we speak, NSL has solution development capabilities in more than a dozen languages globally – including English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, and Sanskrit.

h. NSL is the only 'solution generative model' in the world today, in stark contrast with Chat GPT like Large Language Models (LLMs) that are primarily focused on 'text generation' and 'productivity improvements' of programmers.

i. Incidentally, the NSL paradigm also uses AI and ML techniques putting it generations ahead of any 'low code no code' platforms.

Job Description:

·Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from a paradigm shifting, transformational and disruptive Solutions Platform like NSL

·Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base globally.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

·Deeply understand our NSL HUB offerings and their applications across various industries. Collaborate with our technical and product teams to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations

·Translate technical information into compelling value propositions for potential enterprises of the 21st century.

·Work closely with the proposal team to develop customized solutions and proposals for client presentations. Ensure that proposals address client needs and are aligned with the company's capabilities.

·Nurture and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and onboarding process.

·Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback to the executive team on market trends, client feedback, and competitive insights.

·Effectively manages contract negotiations and statutory compliance.

·Social and cultural flexibility in working in a multinational and very dynamic environment with demanding objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·Senior Business Development Leader in a top-tier technology consulting firm, with a proven track record of at least 20 years in the technology consulting or IT services industry.

·Strong sector expertise across TMT, Energy, Materials, Chemicals, Pharma, UAV, Lifesciences, Financial Services, and certain spike (Digital, Operational improvement, etc). Strong client relationships across the industry. Extensive knowledge of the technology consulting industry and market dynamics

·Drive, motivation, go-getter attitude, particularly the ability to develop cogent arguments and present them concisely to a range of stakeholders

·Ability to deal with ambiguity and have fire in the belly that would drive the disruption agenda and propel the organization to the next level

·Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

·Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

·Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
