- Support the implementation of the Global EHS Management System, while developing local and regionally compliant procedures and guidance for local stakeholders across the AMS region.
- Act as the EHS subject matter expert and provide support to regional business partners.
- Ensure all local regulatory and industry best practices and reporting requirements are met.
- Developing and monitoring regional strategies for EHS performance, including preparing and communicating regular reports to EHS and regional business leadership.
- Effective management of the local company resources such as health, including onsite clinics and external EHS consultants, thirdparty associates, and EHS specialists.
- Develop and maintain routine documentation, such as risk assessments, audits, employee training, and inspections.
- Assist in the delivery of the global EHS objectives, including supporting and coordinating with other EHS team members, and completing tasks as assigned to further improve the EHS culture and performance.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in EHS.
- Knowledgeable in the environment, health, safety, or a related field. Excellent working knowledge of local, regional, and national compliance and regulatory requirements.
- ASP, CSP, or other professional designation(s) is desirable.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to support across the AMS region.
- Prior experience supporting health and wellness initiatives at a company level, as well as ergonomics program
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Strong computerbased skills, able to produce reports and working documents to an exceptional standard.
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $145000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
