Position Overview:
As an Associate Product Manager, you are responsible for managing the operational execution of the seasonal product line.
With mentorship from the strategic Product Managers, you are the driver for all product line administration, documentation, and commercial requirements.
In addition, you will coordinate any physical or digital assets associated with product development, product presentations, and go-to-market. You will be a key contact within the organization for product line information.This position is a hybrid role based in our Seattle, WA offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for product line administration, including new product development support, new item creation in systems (Agile) and planning tools (Line Master, Line Plans).
Be the lead for coordinating physical and digital assets required to communicate the product line, including prototypes, color/sales samples, product renders/images, and product collateral.
Be the product asset lead for Product Marketing deliverables: requesting, tracking, preparing, and distributing samples (physical or digital) to required functions/regions/accounts.
Initiate and coordinate product line inputs for GTM and Commercialization, including CMF treatments, packaging, and product/lifestyle imagery.
Proactively communicate needs, deliverables, and progress across functions with an understanding seasonal or program timelines and C2C process.
Support Product Managers with market & trend research.
Education & Experience:
Strong interest in consumer products, consumer insights, and market landscape.
Ability to work in fast paced environment with high attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and effective communication with global business teams, reflecting an understanding and anticipation of cross-functional timelines.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
Prior experience working directly with product management, sales, and design/creative departments.
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet utilization, and tracking Management.
Previous Product Marketing Management experience a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator/InDesign, is a plus.
Strong, more in-depth knowledge of Oracle Agile PPM and BOM build outs and management
2+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry or project management preferred.
Salary Range:
$65,000-$85,000
