    Description

    Job Summary:

    Our client is local to Orlando and is a full-service architecture and engineering firm that specializes in the design of Themed Entertainment, Zoo's & Aquariums, and Branded Destination projects.

    Their growing firm offers an engaging and collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on impactful, gratifying, and sustainable projects of all sizes and types across the country.

    Project Architect Experience:
    ~ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.

    ~Project Architect Requirements:

    Proficiency in Revit is required.
    Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.


    Project Architect Responsibilities:
    The Project Architect will be responsible for start-to-finish project management.
    Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
    Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc.
    Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.


    Project Architect Compensation:
    Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, profit sharing).
