    Description


    Our client is in search of a talented expert to fill the position of a Digital Marketing Specialist, a major IT Company.

    The ideal candidate must be able to leverage online channels and strategies to promote brands, products, or services.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
    Proven ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
    Strong analytical abilities, as well as the capacity to evaluate data and make data-driven judgments.
    Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creating and implementing methods to boost online presence, reach the intended audience,
    and drive traffic.

    • Optimising content for search engines (SEO) to boost organic visibility and managing paid
    advertising campaigns (SEM) to attract and convert leads are two examples.

    • Creating and managing content plans that are aligned with the needs and preferences of the
    target audience across multiple digital media.

    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to remain competitive in the field.
    • Fostering audience relationships through compelling content, social media interactions, and
    community management.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with
    business objectives.

    • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, delivering frequent reports and
    insights.

    • Creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent message and visual identity across all channels of communication.
    • Create and execute successful marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness,
    reputation, and growth.
    Education & Experience

    Academic Qualification(s):

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.

    Years of Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
