    Benefits:


    OriGene provides a robust benefits package to its employees, including medical (prescription drug coverage and access to a comprehensive HealthJoy service), dental, and vision benefits.

    In addition, OriGene offers a truly flexible working arrangement through 15 personal days every year, 11 holidays, two floating holidays, and hybrid capabilities (for qualifying roles).

    Requirements
    The Marketing Specialist assists with developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels. This involves media placement coordination, event planning and website marketing updates.

    The role will be fully onsite for the first 30 days and then allows for a hybrid capabilities with 2 days working remotely and three days in office.


    Principle Responsibilities:

    • Execute marketing programs.
    • Plan events and conferences.
    • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
    • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as product and sales), to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
    • 2-5 years of experience in marketing preferred
    • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Content Management
    • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
    • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
    • Ability to travel as necessary up to 20%
    • Basic HTML skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing tactics and practices. Previous experience in digital marketing a plus
    • Excellent English-writing, speaking and proof-reading skills are essential.
    • Must be a team player with ability and desire to collaborate diverse staff and support customers.
    • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software (word processing, email, spreadsheet, database,
