Beacon Environmental, located in Bel Air, MD, recently moved to a state-of-the-art facility and is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team.

This position allows flexible hours and offers the opportunity to work with and promote the accomplishments of a talented team that is internationally recognized as a leader in the environmental industry.

Beacon Environmental is an accredited laboratory and field sampling organization that provides advanced technologies through test kits that have been used in every state within the USA, as well as in over 45 countries, including all 7 continents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the company's lead for all marketing activities in support of national and international operations
• Responsible for maintaining WordPress website, including updates and upgrades
• Optimize search engine results
• Develop effective followup strategies to engage and educate prospective clients
• Create displays and promotional materials for conferences
• Participate in 4 to 5 conferences per year some travel required
• Coordinate with videographer to create instructional technical videos

Desired Skills and Experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in marketing position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Competency using WordPress
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eye for design, aesthetic and layout

Benefits package:

• Starting annual salary: $55,000 $85,000 dependent on experience, proven track record, and skills
