    Internal Sales Consultant at Morgan Stanley Investment Management

    Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM), along with its investment advisory affiliates, operates globally with $1.5 trillion in assets under management as of December 31, 2023. The company aims to deliver exceptional long-term investment performance and a wide range of investment solutions to various clients worldwide.

    Basic Purpose:

    Support the Regional Director and nurture sales/service relationships with brokers.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Support the Regional Director within a specific geographical area.
    • Act as an intermediary between wholesalers and broker/consultants.
    • Establish and maintain sales/service relationships with broker consultants to drive product sales.
    • Handle mailings/literature requests.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, financial consultants, banks, and planners to enhance sales.
    • Recruit and explore new business opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
    • Required FINRA Series 7, & 63 or 66 licenses, and preferred mutual fund/investment sales experience.
    • Meet specified outbound call/contact activity levels as set by Manager.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-starter with a strong sales passion.
