- Provide support to the merger due diligence and integration team; including but not limited to the below:
- Project manage all aspects of the due diligence and integration processes with CP and newly acquired firm.
- Perform analysis on merger firm processes and client practices and present findings to Senior Management.
- Assess newly acquired firm technology stack and develop vendor forecast expense model.
- Develop Target Operating Model for newly acquired firm and present to external stakeholders.
- Prioritize initiatives with technology to optimize delivery and return on platform investment and minimize conversion stress.
- Recommend and participate in implementation projects for system conversions and software.
- Effectively problem solve when issues/challenges related to integrations arise and escalate where appropriate for additional support.
- Bachelors Business degree required.
- 5-10 years of work experience.
- Exhibit a high level of EQ to establish trust during transition periods.

As a member of the Business Integration & Change Management Team, you will support our Inorganic Growth Strategy. You will be responsible for the successful integration of newly merged firms into Cerity Partners. You are the M&A due diligence and integration project manager that is responsible for efficiently and effectively integrating new teams to Cerity Partners. You will work closely with integration workstreams to plan for technology adoption projects, participate in growth initiatives and act as the point of contact as the new firm transitions to Cerity Partners.
