- Daily monitoring of product information tickets
- Managing the third-party retailer catalogs and ensuring data accuracy and completion
- Providing reports to assist with ongoing sales tools
- Ensures data synchronization across multiple systems and platforms
- Load product information into the company's ERP, websites, and other internal avenues
- Upload and maintain product and customer-specific pricing into ERP
- Complete customer setup projects and web portal maintenance
- Prepare marketing templates for product attribution and copy
- Compile and format images into requested customer-specific formats
- Assist in other various marketing and web projects
- Actively participate in marketing strategy and initiative discussions
- Extreme attention to detail and keen organization skills
- Effective communication skills including active listening, open communication, and conflict resolution
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP knowledge is preferred)

Brewster is the creator of many popular brands including WallPops, NuWallpaper, FloorPops, A-Street Prints, and a whole lot more With a team of experienced in-house designers and offices on three continents, we are equipped for producing fresh and original products for worldwide distribution to both residential and commercial markets.

The Product Information Specialist will be primarily responsible for assisting with product preparation, product information inquiries, product setup for customers, item setup for our internal ERP system, and communicating statuses to various departments. This will include image formatting and data system upkeep. The Product Information Specialist must have excellent organizational skills and be adept at using Microsoft Excel. This person must be able to compile data and assets from various resources and be able to audit, organize, and distribute them. They must be able to use this data to accurately complete a variety of different setup requests and data projects.
