    The Client Consulting function plays a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills.

    Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients' success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients' goals.


    An Associate Client Consultant should have a basic understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with supervision from others.

    Individuals will create basic level insights and recommendations in their area of expertise.

    Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the client service team and begins to lead support efforts with low complexity.


    What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

    You will need 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

    Great communication is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

    You must be highly organized.


    Hours of work may vary between 9-5pm EST and 11-7pm EST

    You may have worked as a 'Client Consultant', or "Associate Consultant".

    $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually + any other benefits such as bonus

    The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
