What to expect

  • Building a strong understanding of CHG-MERIDIAN's Employer Benefit Solution, as well as relevant internal processes
  • Independent and sustainable acquisition of defined focus and target customers
  • Penetration of buying centers HR/responsible parties for benefits at the customer level & understanding of their focus and goals
  • Coordinated collaboration with account managers and downstream departments
  • Preparation and execution of roadshows (physical and remote) at customer sites
  • Support of account managers in relationship management with existing customers, with a focus on the Employer Benefit Solution
  • Proactive support of customers before ordering windows with individual campaigns
  • Teaming and networking within the EBS team, as well as with the Hoboken, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Weingarten locations
  • Partnership maintenance
