Description
We are looking for a dedicated employee (m/f/d) to support our HR team in personnel matters for our client, a successful company in the electrical engineering industry. The location is in Hamburg and this position is available in full-time or part-time.
Your responsibilities as an HR employee (m/f/d) will include:
- Performing all administrative tasks in the field of human resources
- Assisting with preparatory payroll accounting
- Posting job advertisements and conducting job interviews
- Supporting and assisting the HR manager
- Being the point of contact for employees regarding questions about payroll or other HR-related topics
Requirements for this position include:
- Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in human resources/HR is desirable, but career changers are also welcome
- Good knowledge of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and common HR software
- High reliability, accuracy, and discretion in handling sensitive data
