    Quality Engineer

    What Makes You A Good Fit?
    3-5 years in QA/QC or related field
    in Engineering
    with data-driven root cause analysis and statistical software such as Minitab

    Certified Quality Engineer Preferred, Certified Reliability Engineer or Black Belt and demonstrated ability to apply the specific Body of Knowledge.

    to collaborate with the engineering team in Europe and occasionally travel to the facility as required

    Description

    Supports company Quality objectives and serves as the customer advocate in the overall Supply Chain from our supply base through product development and manufacturing, to our customers.

    Designs, installs, evaluates, and audits quality assurance systems, procedures and statistical techniques; designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; analyzes production and service processes and standards; recommends revision of specifications when indicated; formulates or helps formulate quality assurance policies and procedures.

    May conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools.
    Interfaces with all other engineering components within the company and with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues. Coordinates with external audits to ensure compliance to certifications. Directs tactical Quality Assurance projects.

    Responsibilities
    Applies the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the quality engineering profession (e.g. ASQ certified Quality Engineer Body of Knowledge)
    Develop technical solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
    Effectively make decisions in matters of significance to the customer experience.
    Proactively apply originality and ingenuity to the improvement of practices and procedures.
    Knowledge to apply data-driven decision-making for the root cause of customer claims and production issues.
    Able to effectively interface with multiple functions within the company and with people of all levels of management/technical ability.

    Knowledge of the entire scope of the Quality Management System and understanding of its application inside and outside of the organization.

    Use project management skills to initiate and lead improvements of a tactical nature with cross functional teams.
    Knowledge of product testing requirements, product development cycle, and special processes.
    Can interface with other segments of the order fulfillment process.

    Compensation & Location
    This position is located south of Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire.

    A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include a base salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

    A relocation package is available. This opportunity requires authorization to work in the United States.
